OPTT only has a market cap of $61.9 million at the current price. From a valuation standpoint this is ludicrous! Not only is OPTT starting to generate revenue and poised for huge growth but it's trading less than cash!

Right now, OPTT's balance sheet shows $8.3 million in cash, Short-Term investments of $45.1 million (short-term investments could mean CD's or Treasury Bills which have maturity dates of more than 3 months but less than a year), and Long-Term investments of $32.2 million ( ex. Treasury Notes with fixed maturity dates of more than one year of purchase dates) equaling a true cash position of $85.6 million in cash!

OPTT has 10.2 million shares outstanding and when divided by their true cash position of $85.6 million we get a price per share of $8.39! Think about the upside potential here at only $6.18! Remember, this valuation is based just off OPTT's cash position! Think about how much more value is here! This is another no brainer!

OPTT's technology is already starting to get recognized around the world! OPTT has received a $12 million contract from the U.S. Navy to install its electricity generating buoys in the waters off Hawaii to power a Marine base there! Why would the Navy be using OPTT's technology if it wasn't the real deal?! OPTT is also undertaking demonstration projects for Lockheed martin and is working on projects in New Jersey, France, Scottland, and Spain!
