As I was stating earlier, what really interested me in SPNG was the fact that their revenues are starting to go through the roof. This distribution company originally ordered only 10,000 SpongeTech products in December of 07 and sold out in just 25 days! The SpongeTech went to over 325 outlets! The re-order of 250,000 units will be shipped between this August - December! The company expects the same outcome when they start selling the SpongeTech on television in Australia soon.
SPNG just became profitable last quarter and their 3Q results ! In my opinion, SPNG will have extremely bon April 15th were superb!
SPNG has grown revenues from $14,000 in the 3Q of 2007, $29,000 in the 4Q of 2007, to $64,000 in the 1Q of 2008 and $279,000 in the 2Q of 2008! Recently, SPNG announced Q3 for 2008 and net income was up 2,074% from just last quarter! SPNG's revenues were up 359%! Not only are their revenues and net income up substantially but they reported that an $18,391,702 order backlog is scheduled to be shipped between NOW and January 17, 2009!
If you annualize SPNG's revenue backlog by multiplying it by 1.333 and you factor in SPNG's 3Q net margin of 14.7%, we're talking potential income of #3.6 MM which would equal EPS of about $0.018. If you take the average P/E of 20 and multiply it by the EPS of $0.018 this would give SPNG a PPS of $0.36! This is a 1,230% gain from the current price!
SPNG has 192,294,078 shares outstanding which gives SPNG a market cap of only $4.9 MM.
